Alex does top notch work and is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and capable arborist. In addition, Alex is an excellent communicator and takes time to listen to concerns about tree health and to explain all options for tree trimming and/or removal. Alex shows up when he says he will, he responds to emails promptly, and he and his crew clean up the work area so that it looks immaculate. He's friendly and a super nice guy. Just wow. One guy came out to take down a massive maple- rotted and burned- that other tree companies either wouldn't touch or persisted they needed a crane. He came as promised IN THE RAIN and made short work by himself. No damage was done to our property, which is amazing considering the layout of a garden, fence, etc. Very skilled and great to work with. Highly recommend.
